Return & Refund Policy

At ShadowStitch, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, wrong color selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will work to provide a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.

We do not offer size exchanges. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
