Shipping Policy

At ShadowStitch, each item is made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent into production before it ships.

Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. After fulfillment, shipping time depends on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and current order volume.

Estimated delivery time includes:

Production time + shipping time

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your shipment.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, high order volume, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

For international orders, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
